Healing from Religious Trauma: Rebuild Your Values and Meaning

If you’re struggling with the pain of religious trauma or deconstructing your faith, this therapy intensive is here to support you. For 3 hours, we’ll work together to process your experiences, let go of old beliefs that no longer serve you, and rebuild a life based on your authentic values.

Whether you're questioning, grieving, or finding your way, this session is about healing, rediscovery, and finding meaningful direction—without judgment.

Religious Trauma Recovery Intensive

Before Therapy
You might feel confused, lost, or overwhelmed by the lingering effects of your religious experiences. You may be questioning everything you once believed, feeling isolated, guilty, or unsure of who you are outside of your faith. The process of deconstructing can be painful, leaving you uncertain about where to turn next.

After Therapy
By the end of the session, you’ll feel a sense of clarity and relief. You’ll have a deeper understanding of your values, a stronger sense of self, and tools to continue your healing. You’ll feel more empowered to move forward with purpose and authenticity, ready to create a life that aligns with who you truly are.

Why therapy intensive is more time efficient and cost effective?

Weekly Therapy:

  • 10-15 minutes: Checking in and reviewing progress.

  • 20-30 minutes: Exploring a new topic or expanding on previous discussions.

  • 10-15 minutes: Closing the session and setting intentions.

Addressing a specific stressor may take about a month, with four weekly sessions costing approximately $1,000.

However, therapy is a dynamic process—unexpected challenges may arise, session focus may shift, and processing can take time.

As a result, individuals often continue therapy for multiple months, increasing the overall investment while still working toward resolution.

Intensive Therapy:

  • 10-15 minutes: Checking in and establishing session focus.

  • 160-210 minutes: Deconstructing harmful beliefs and religious trauma that’s debilitating and rebuilding a foundation of values and beliefs about one’s personhood that can propel their healing forward.

  • 10-15 minutes: Closing the session and integrating key insights.

In a single half-day session (around $1,300), individuals can fully resolve one or multiple stressors. With 3 hours of a deep processing of religious trauma, they achieve the equivalent of at least twice as many talk therapy sessions, making faster progress in less time.

This approach allows for earlier relief, reduced reliance on medications, and fewer disruptions to work and daily responsibilities.

3 hours can change your life.
